You can choose between one off sessions, 4 packs or monthly recurring packs.

Initially I was just aiming to find a way to keep up with my toddler without running out of breath but there was also a recognition that my very sedentary lifestyle could have long term health implications.

The versatility in workouts and wholesome approach (strength, endurance, skills and mobility) are what I’ve found most enjoyable which makes it easier to keep up enthusiasm and commitment long term.   

Training in a 1-1 setting has helped with accountability and building discipline, achieving quicker visible progress and earlier mastery of skills and techniques. Nick has helped provide customised guidance and direction based on my individual context (personality, preferences, lifestyle and health conditions) with changes to details that would normally be missing when self training.

As our son is now at Uni, Mark my husband and I decided we should find something to do together as a hobby. 

Mark wanted to try CrossFit, not my choice in any shape or form but we agreed we’d join in something the other one wanted to do and give it a go so I came along reluctantly to CrossFit.

Initially my plan was to just do the On Ramp, tick the box of doing something together and move on but nearly a year down the line I still go every week.

I am actively encouraged  and inspired to challenge myself, to grow stronger, do more and drive forward. Its all done in a positive and engaging way, with exercise options given to suit my capability .
