What is Olympic Weightlifting?
Olympic weightlifting (Olympic lifting, weightlifting, oly lifting) in all of its forms, plays an important role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Weightlifting related exercise can benefit your health in a variety of ways, including:

Olympic Weightlifting is an incredible feat of both physical and mental strength. It concentrates on two very technical lifts; the ‘Snatch’ and the ‘Clean & Jerk’.
We teach you variations of these lifts in classes and can also support experienced lifters with their progress.
We are a Licensed British Weightlifting Club. Our ‘Barbell Club’ is run by an experienced weightlifting coach and was created to support members who want to get better at lifting, as well as those who would like to compete in the sport.
