CrossFit Volentia’s Foundations Course

Before you buy a membership and if you’re new to CrossFit you’ll need to get started with our foundations course.

You can do this as a 1:1 or in a small group, which ever suits you best. Your foundation sessions will take place over 3 one hour classes and will progress you to a level where you are confident and ready to start in our group sessions.

After you’ve completed this course, you’re good to go! Choose your membership and start your CrossFit journey with us!
