At CrossFit Volentia we offer a wide variety of strength and fitness classes. Group classes are set up to ensure that you get the attention you need from our experienced and qualified coaches.

We welcome all levels of exercise experience- from complete beginner to competitive athlete- there’s something for everyone! 

To supplement our core classes, we also offer 1:1 personal training, small group training and nutrition coaching. 

We aren’t just a gym though, we are a community and a team made up of coaches and members. We help you to reach and then surpass your goals so you can live your best life!
